<br /><br />“The WINGS & WHEELS” rally for all classic cars at the Kent Gliding Club airfield, Charing, Kent
Commencing 10.30am to 5.30pm
A UNIQUE FAMILY DAY OUT
In support of all the cars attending, the Kent Gliding Club have
planned an afternoon programme of flying & ground displays.
• Air display by Gliders from the Club.*
• Air display by powered aircraft of the Club.*
• Ground display of historic Gliders and powered aircraft.
• Glider flights in towed [ 20 minutes flight -£75 ] and winched [ 10 minutes flight -£10** ] Gliders.*
• Static balloon rides.*
• Members of a local “model aircraft club” will fly* and display model aircraft.
• BBQ available from midday.
• Refreshments & drinks available [ No flying allowed if alcohol consumed ].
• Nature trail walks.
• Kent Air Ambulance helicopter in attendance.
