The information that we collect.

We constantly try to improve the level of personalised service that we can provide to you by gathering information about your interests and requirements. In some instances we will ask you specific questions but we may also gather information by observing the type of searches you make and the way that you use the website.

Your personal information.

We will try to limit the personal information that we collect from you. Your name and email address will be requested so that we can communicate with you via the Internet when necessary. You will be given the option to opt out of marketing emails but we will inform you of significant changes to websites that you use (see below). We will not normally ask for your street address, telephone number or any other information that may identify you unless we need it for the delivery of physical goods or for validation of credit card or similar payments.

Other information.

We may automatically collect some limited information about you when you visit one of our websites. We will use cookies and other industry standard methods of identifying your computer so that we can recognise you as a returning user. A cookie is small text file that is stored on your computer by your web browser when you first visit one of our websites. All our sites allow you to opt out of this facility but we only recommend this if you share your computer with other people. Your Internet browser may be set to inhibit cookies in which case we will not be able to recognise you as a returning user.
